VaderOnIce
Yeah, but is it ever gonna come out?
Tekmo
The release date is planned for 2006. Now, if it really happens, who knows. It'll be expensive though, I think about $200 USD.
etru_scan
yea, when that was first posted the KB was barely an 'art piece' .. But it really does have some crazy good potential, even potential to change how people think & use their keyboards.. Why SHOULD the keys always be static ?! It makes sooo much sense that the icons under your fingers should change when your application changes.. Just one of those nice, natural ideas that comes around not-often-enough.. It's be nasty, but i'd say $200USD would even be worth it for this thing..
Cody
Its definatly a great idea, i'll wait for them to put out a split style
General
Feck me, if it's only $200 they'd make a killing... the Pro Tools Keyboard is $199 USD and you'd get the same functionality as well as usability for other programs. Every professional recording studio in the world would have at least one, any decent sized one 2 or 3.
