yeah, changing the rig cage would solve the problem, but when i suck in, it will flatten out a bit, so im thinking its gotta be possible to tone up... just dont know how.

I did not read everyones post, but, i ill ask my questions. I have one muscle i want to trim down or build in... the UPPER UPPER abs, almost inbetween the rib cage. if you draw a triangle from your bottom rib to your sternum. thats what i want to make more toned and small... I am in pretty good condition, eat healthy drink more water then the average person by about 3-4 times. Im a slender 5'6 and weigh in at 145. very little body fat, just wish the one trouble area would go away( its because unlike most people whos ribs curve in at the bottmn, mine curve out...)

TV tuner card for new computer set of speakers or some nice headphones a black duvee cover for a twin matress(solid black) some new shoes, my white shoes look like they are military issue camoflauge that new keyboard that lights up. that is all. agian i will have dual 19in LCD screens had to rub that in one more time!

i have the 19 inch version of the same monitor, great monitor, i love it, works fine for me for cs even.

I play NS ever once in a while, i used to play it all the time. I played NS in cal even for 2 seasons. Was The cal champ in season one. Good times... the game has changed alot since then, strats are so dieffernt. I still will play on some of the original maps, but only for a change from cs, and only every once in a while.

I was addicted to soda, (pop) for the canadians, and had about 6 cans a day. I quit cold turkey about 5 years ago. August 10, 200. For the first two weeks i had a fever, felt like shit, and was so tierd you wouldnt believe it. After that came cravings. I wanted soda constantly. That lasted about 4 months, and then it started to dwindle down to less and less cravings. After the first year or so, my desire for any sugar or sweets started going down. I stopped wanting dessert, stopped eating things with alot of sugar, and started eating more salty things. It will be 5 years in august, and now not only do i not crave soda, but i dont even want to touch it. I have not had a single sip since i quit. I have noticed that i need more sleep as a whole, but the quality of my awake time is much better. I dont drink coffe either, so the only source of caffine is if i have any iced tea. Usually i have to dilute it a tag as it is too sweet. I drink mostly water.

I got a dell 19 inch LCD for 285 shipped to california, but your in canada, so im not sure what dell is like for you canadians. It is great for everything... ghosts sometimes in CS, by i cannot fully comment on gaming as i have a shit video card, and my vid cards refresh rate doesnt go above 70 Hz, so the monitors not being used to its potential. Shipping was free to the US.

Jimmy, make a new layer(ctr+shift+n) then use the polygon selection tool, (same square as the lasso) and draw the border, the do edit fill(shift+f5) and use either black or white. then you have your border and you can style it how ever you want.
