Waderade Posted July 31, 2004 Report Share Posted July 31, 2004 My Mom used to work for the CBA (Canadian Bar System) and there were some pretty outrages people who sued and won. one guy broke into these peoples house when they were on vacation and somehow got trapped in there garage. he had to eat dogfood and pepsi for a month. and he sued them for making him live in unsanitary conditions, and one. another guy just bought a new motor home and was driving it around bc. he put it in cruise control and went to the back to make a coffee. the motor home crashed into the side of a mountain. he sued the company who made the motor home and made something like 75 million dollars plus a new motor home and now in all manuels it has to tell you that cruise control dosnt turn Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

England only started allowing lawyers to take cases on a "no win no fee" basis a few years ago, since they did, the number of stupid cases being taken to court has risen over 500%.
