Tekmo
A 7950 what? I looked on NCIX, Tigerdirect, and Newegg and could not find that card at all. I found a review and it was from early 2006. Dooood, wtfux card is this? Unless you're getting it for like $50 don't bother...wait, even then don't bother. If you want to upgrade, go for at least an 8600. Also, do you plan on overclocking your CPU? That CPU on NCIX is aprox $310 at stock for 2.4GHz. If you were to buy an 4400 you can easily overclock that to somewhere around 3GHz for half the price of the Q6600. That would save you money to get a better video card. Joker
8600 GTS are pretty damn good for the cost atm.. It would suit your rig perfectly IMO if you're short on cash (I assume that's why the option for the 7950).
Nova
Saber has the video card its the GX2. I got the CPU for 280.99 actually for a sale. The card is somethin i got from a friend cause he upgraded to the top of the line nvidia (8800/8600?) and he didnt want it lying around collectin dust so he gave it to me. As for the processor yes i could do that, but ive already ordered it and im happy with the selection lol ill clock it prob but i dont mind the price i use my tips for it, so nothin rly outta my pocket so to speak lol. Yes i could save money by doin a lil this and a lil of that...but *shrug* i wanted to treat myself ya know? http://www.fnfclan.com/uploads/uploads/emoticons/default_tongue.png. But thanks for the suggestion there tek, as for the video card im gonna see how it goes, since it was free this guy is a hardcore gamer so i expect good results from it.
